Finding the Fortnite happy Oink restaurant is a bit of a toughie, because it doesn't exactly stand out. However, it can be found roughly in the centre of Happy Hamlets, so follow these instructions carefully to find your way there.
As you can see in the video above, the restaurant you need is roughly north of the centre of this ice biome named area, north of the large clock tower. Immediately north of this tower is the restaurant, and the byte you need can be found just behind the counter. Then, all there is to do is use the Fortnite Sign Spinner emote to unlock the collectable so you can pick it up.
